Parent and Family Engagement Coordinator

Parent Involvement Main Page Image

Welcome to Woodstation!

My name is Jayne Black and I am the WES Title l Parent and Family Engagement Coordinator. My primary role is to support parents and provide information on how you can be fully engaged in your child's education. I encourage you to visit our Family Resource Center (Room 120) to learn about the many ways you can be involved and how to fully participate in your child's education. There are community, parenting, and educational resources available for you to take home to help your family succeed both in and out of the classroom. I'm committed to making sure all parents have the resources necessary to feel confident communicating with teachers and staff at school. I'm looking forward to an exciting and successful year!

All parents are invited to join us May 9, at 11:00 a.m. at the Learning Center. This is a time for parents to give input about the district parent and family engagement policy, program, and funding. We will discuss, review, and approve the policy. There will also be county representatives there to talk about many other topics. We would love for you to attend and share your feedback!

Welcome to Woodstation – May 8, 5:00 p.m.

Please help us spread the word and join us for this fun night to ease upcoming Pre-K or Kindergarten students into school. Meet the teachers and our friendly staff!
