Welcome to your Family Engagement newsletter!

Volunteer Opportunities

FAST Literacy Night invitation
Help decorate for our FAST Family Literacy Night on November 17 (above invitation coming home with students upon return from Fall Break) : We will plan to set up and decorate the Dining Room on Friday, November 13 at 1:15 p.m. The theme is "READING IS OUT OF THIS WORLD!" Please email Mitzi Mew at mmew.wes@catoosa.k12.ga.us to let us know you can help!
*Training is required prior to volunteering at WES. Please let me know if you need to receive training. 
 

Help Mr. McNeese (WES music teacher & WES Singers director) & WES Singers with Christmas musical preparations

  1.  Costume Help: Put together a costume from items you already have at home.
  2.  Painting & Set Design: Help us paint Santa's Workshop or create scenery.
  3.  Crafting: Help make hats, snowflakes, props, signs, or other decorations.
  4.  Donations: Donate gently used Christmas decorations, boxes, fabric, craft supplies, or other items that could become part of our North Pole.
  5.  Volunteer: If you enjoy building, painting, crafting, sewing, or just being creative, we would love your help! Please scan the QR code and fill out the Google Form to let Mr. McNeese know you are interested
